Nominations for the 25th anniversary of the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards are now open. As the winner of 2017’s Pub Chef of the Year, Gordon has been encouraging his peers to enter this year’s coveted awards.

“Winning a Craft Guild of Chefs Award is a real bucket list moment,” says Gordon, “after scooping a finalist position in 2015 and 2016, I was over the moon to receive the Pub Chef of the Year Award in 2017.
